A seven-year-old from Feltham has written her first book - inspired by her mum's collection of ghost stories.

Feefi Bennetts, of Redford Close, was able to write her full name when she was just two so it is little surprise she is making her authorial bow at such a tender age.

The Oak Hill Academy pupil has followed in the ink-trail of her mother Sam, who published her first book, Clairvoyant or Crazy - a collection of 'real-life' ghost tales, two years ago.

The youngster's book, Feefi's Adventures and Other Stories, which she has illustrated herself, is a collection of four short stories.

The main tale sees Feefi hunting for ghosts amid the Hellfire Caves in West Wycombe, a network of man-made caverns in which she has whiled away many an hour.

"I got the idea from my mum because I loved her book of ghost stories and I thought the Hellfire Caves would be a really good setting," said Feefi, whose favourite author is Roald Dahl.

Feefi is not the only talented member of her family. She is one of seven siblings and her elder sisters have all done extensive acting work, including appearances in The Bill and the feature film Hell's Pavement.
