Police want to speak to this man in connection with an attempted fraud in Fulham Broadway.
The suspect, described as white, bald, aged between 60-65, wearing a yellow jacket and carrying a brown briefcase, entered Barclays Bank and handed in a fake passport to try and withdraw £4,000. The request was refused by staff.
