A 24-year-old man has been left with a broken jaw after he and a friend were verbally abused and then assaulted outside Harrow Council's Civic Centre in Station Road by a group of men.

The incident happened on Wednesday, close to midnight, with the suspects fleeing down Rosslyn Crescent.
