AN ALLEGED fugitive mob boss from Sicily has been arrested in Manor Waye, Uxbridge.

Officers from the Met Police Extradition Unit swooped on the home of Domenico Rancadore, 64, last night (Wednesday) in the quiet side street off Hillingdon Road, a stone's throw from Hillingdon Civic Centre.

The 7pm raid was to execute a European arrest warrant issued in January last year which alleges Mr Rancadore - who police say was using the alias Marc Skinner - has an outstanding seven year jail sentence for participation in Mafia association in the Sicilian capital, Palermo, up to 1995.

A family named Skinner is listed as living at 13, Manor Waye, Uxbridge, which is also the listed address for Executive Travel, the travel agency Mr Rancadore was said to run.
