A date has been announced for the long-awaited suspended inquiry into plans to develop the Bedfont Pits site.

The four-day inquiry, looking into development firms Chrisfys's plans for the industrial estate and surrounding scrubland, began in May but was adjourned after three days.

Residents will be given to the chance to share their opinions on the final day on Friday, August 8, before government inspectors make their decision about the area, which is technically classified as greenbelt land.

Evidence involved in the inquiry is open to inspection, from 1-4pm, at the Customer Service Desk at the Civic Centre, in Lampton Road, Hounslow, from now until the final day.

The Inspector will send a copy of the decision to residents who ask on the day but if you do not plan to attend you can request one by writing to Mrs terry Scott, Case Officer, The Planning Inspectorate, 4/04 Kite Wing, Temple Quay House, 2 the Square, Temple Quay, Bristol, BS1 6PN.
