We residents who have not had the 'Decent Homes' update of new window insulation are suffering high bills (waste) because the local authorities in certain areas of London are not installing new windows.

Meanwhile, condensation/noise on the windows is bad - we wake up and have to clean the condensation each day from a soaking wet window.

Health problems are high. You put the heating on and then it's off out the windows and within half an hour the rooms are cold. So I don't put the heating on. It is a waste and expensive.

Government and local authorities speak about 'new build' homes, why not get priorities right and install those new windows?

Residents have no idea when new windows will be installed because the local authorities have not stated when these works programmes will be started.
