A MINI Elvis travelled to his school production in style after one of the King's biggest fans gave him a ride.

Oak Farm Junior School pupil, Kurtis Bhere, 11, was cast as the legend in his school production, The Rocky Monster,a story about monsters coming back to life.

When Elvis enthusiast and bathroom shop owner Terry Stubbs heard of Kurtis' part through a friend, he offered to escort him to the show in his custom car with its 'ELV 15' number plate.

The show took place last Wednesday at the school, in Windsor Avenue,Hillingdon.

Kurtis's proud mother, Meelu Bhere, of Granville Road, Uxbridge, said: "The production was fabulous - they were so good.

"It's one of the best I've ever seen.

"The teachers did such a good job and it was lovely of Terry to take him."
