A man caught with £300-worth of crack cocaine and heroin has been jailed at Harrow Crown Court today (Thursday).

Abshir Guiled, 21, of Cullington Close, Kenton, was sentenced to two-and-a-half years in jail for two counts of possessing class A drugs with intent to supply.

Daniel Stevenson, defending, said: "We want to make sure he never finds himself in this position again.

"Supplying drugs is always serious but in this case in fact it was only a small amount. He is only young and this is the first time he has been in this position."

Guiled has already spent 104 days in custody.

Sentencing him judge Alan Greenwood said: "Supplying drugs is a serious offence and the courts have to pass sentence to deter this from happening."
