We have all are big electrical appliances insured by British Gas.

Our washing machine broke down four weeks ago,we have had four engineers to look at it, two of them have ordered parts for it then another one comes out and says it isn't that part that is broken.

They are coming out again on Friday again and if they need to order another part i think we should be entitled to a new one. They have said that if we get a new one that they will only pay 20 to 25 percent of the price, but we think that the time it has taken they should pay the whole amount.

We would love to hear if anyone else has had this problem with british gas or any other insurance company
