Family and friends flocked to the streets of Pinner to enjoy the annual Pinner Fair which has been going for over 700 years.

Hundreds of people braved the wet gloomy weather to join in on all the fair ground rides and food stalls yesterday (Wednesday, May 28).

The village streets were filled with children and adults attending the big event which ran from 10am to 12pm, there were plenty of activities to do and loads of rides for all ages, including a trampoline, a carousel, candy floss stand, a bouncy castle and a slide.

Kyle Adams was taking pictures of the event, he said: "There was still a decent turn out, especially as far as weather was concerned. In my opinion not as much to do as years gone by, but I think all the children had a good time regardless."

Roads in and around Pinner were closed off by Harrow Council, including Bridge Street, High Street, Marsh Road, Cecil Park and parts of Chapel Lane and parts of Love Lane.
