A Hounslow teenager has drowned in a reservoir in West Yorkshire.
Jack Chapman, of Heldman Close, was swimming in Widdop Reservoir with friends when they lost sight of him on Wednesday.
The 17-year-old's body was discovered by police divers later that day after a four-hour search, and an inquest into his death has been opened and adjourned.
