"We stay inside because we don’t want to get involved"

Another resident told our reporter that the area has become increasingly unsafe:

You often hear lots of shouting here at 2-3 in the morning . There’s lots of drugs around here.

We stay inside because we don’t want to get involved.

Decribing what he saw at the scene, the man who asked to remain anonymous said:

I saw paramedics coming out of the house holding a drip and afterwards I saw them put a silver sheet over the body

"It seems to be getting worse around here"

Another person who asked not to be named said:

I was walking past walking the dog when I saw police have blocked the road. The helicopter landed on the park. All the emergency services were here, fire engines everything.

It seems to be getting worse around here, there are lots of incidents. From what I see just seems to be gangs and young kids everywhere.

It’s worrying big-time, my dad is old and I’ve told him to stay at home and not walk the dog, I would rather do it.

From what I know they haven’t caught anyone yet which is a bit worrying.

One anonymous Rosebery Road resident told our reporter:

I didn’t know anything about it until I heard the sirens. There were loads of police on the road. There were police here ambulance and then the helicopter.

I saw seven paramedics working on him and trying to save him. I think the person was in the house. Paramedics came out with him and were working on him outside the house on the stretcher.

They were really trying hard to save him, credit where credit is due.

We then saw the paramedics talking to each other and the ambulance had not rushed to hospital so we thought he had obviously passed away. When I realise he’d gone it was quite sad.
