Showing a strong head for heights and to mark the completion of Elizabeth House in Wembley, a team of vertigo-defiers abseiled down the 12-storey landmark building.

The 28 volunteers, employees of developer Octavia and contractor Willmott Dixon, all took part in the charity event on Saturday July 6, enjoying the spectacular if stomach-swooping views over Wembley Stadium as they raised more than £2,625 for charity.

Of the funds raised, half will go to Help for Heroes and the other half to the Octavia Foundation, a community charity set up by Octavia to supporting local people in west and central London during times of personal crisis.
