AN ELECTRONICS shop in Hayes has been given a national award in recognition of the high level of service it provides for its customers.

Kings Electronics, in Kingshill Avenue, Hayes, were presented with the accolade at the Total Excellence and Quality (TEQ) Awards.

The awards are run by Domestic and General Group, a leading provider of appliance repair plans, and based on over 168,000 questionnaires completed by customers across the UK after having repairs carried out on household goods.

Kings Electronics specialise in repairing home electronics such as LCD TVs and DVD players, and the store has been a consistent high performer at these awards for the last four years.

Raj Dhillion, who owns the store with his brother Balwinder, said: "We are delighted to have picked up another TEQ Award as this is voted for by customers. We hope to build on this success and continue to strive to offer them a great service."
