Students at Hatch End High have secured their places at universities which will give them the best chance of having a successful future.

Among them is Peter Choy, who achieved a stunning 3 A*s in Maths, Further Maths and Physics, and is now bound for Cambridge to study Natural Sciences.

"We are delighted that so many of our young people have deservedly gained access to the very best universities," Sue Maguire, headteacher of the Pinner school said.

"This is testament to their sheer hard work and commitment and of course to their teachers’ superb teaching over the last two years. I would like to thank personally all our staff for their dedication and always going the extra mile."

Roland Amoah was delighted to get 5 A*s including Maths, Physics, Chemistry and Biology and is off to Newcastle to study Medicine.
