A GLOBAL property group has secured reserved matters planning approval for a new office building at Uxbridge Business Park.
Goodman, who own the park have now instructed letting agents to find a client for the office to join companies already on the site which include Cadbury's.
The current number of companies at the site currently employ 2,500 people.
James Raven, Goodman's development director of UK business parks, said: "Uxbridge is a vibrant and growing town and this next stage of development will further enhance its reputation as an attractive office location on the outskirts of London.
"We are confident this development will attract new business to the area and provide existing businesses with room for expansion."
The business park is set in 149 acres of opening parkland and is just a short walk from the town centre.
