A NEW girl band are hoping to make it big after being discovered on YouTube by singer and X Factor mentor Sinitta.

Nicole Rayment, 16, of Browning Avenue, Hanwell, along with Ellie Gunter, 15, of Essex and Sarah Griffiths, 12, of Watford, formed Say No More after being put together by the former pop star, known for her 80s hits including So Macho.

Sinitta, who has helped mentor the likes of Leona Lewis and One Direction spotted the girls’ separate homemade vidoes they had uploaded to YouTube about two years ago.

Since then they have supported JLS, Jessie J and others and are recording an album and video at Ealing Studios.

Nicole said: "When we sang together for the first time Sinitta was really impressed, we were really tight. I hope we’re going to make it big."

Ellie added: "It was exciting but scary at the same time. We’ve been together for two years and now we’re ready to get out there."

They will be performing at Westfield, Shepherd’s Bush on Friday next week.
