Alan ‘Webby’ Webb suffered a heart attack in December 2013 while working at the Northwood Royal Mail delivery office, in Pinner Road. He had only just celebrated his 60th birthday.
On Sunday (June 15), ‘Team Webby’ – Carl Hodges, Darren Moore, Jenni Tinson, Alan Griffiths, Jon Boud, Mark Emmerson, Hollie Windsor, Mike Eastment and John McLoughlins – joined the thousands of people who took part in the gruelling London to Brighton Bike Ride to help raise money for the British Heart Foundation.
The team has collected around £2,000.
