IT'S disappointing that some fans of Freddie Mercury hold a narrow-minded, generalised view of Feltham and the people that live there.
It doesn't fit with the spirit of Queen, who have always been a band best known for bringing people together regardless of who they are or where they come from.
Freddie had a kind of magic that could unite tens of thousands, whether they were from Feltham or Windsor. Great Britain has
given the world some of the best rock and roll bands in history; The Beatles, The Who, The Rolling Stones, and, of course, Queen. It's high time we celebrate these heroes.
It sends a great message of inspiration to everyone in the local community, especially kids!
