FOUR people have taken to hospital after a bus collision in Acton High Street this morning (Tuesday).
There were major traffic delays after a 207 bus collided with a number 70 just after 8am.
A spokeswoman for London Ambulance Service said: “We were called to the scene at 8.15am. A single responder and two ambulance crews attended.
“Staff treated four patients, who were taken to Charing Cross Hospital. Their injuries were not thought to be serious.”
Mike Weston, operations director for London Buses said: “At around 8:20am on February 7, a route 70 single deck bus, operated by Metroline was involved in a collision with a route 207 double deck bus, operated by First Group on Acton High Street near the junction of Winchester Road. Emergency services attended the scene. There will be a full investigation into the incident.”
