The fifth annual fostering conference is to take place in Hillingdon tomorrow.
This year Hillingdon is honoured to have a well known speaker, Franca Brennickmeyer, from The Post Adoption Centre addressing the Conference on issues of attachment.
The conference will give foster carers in the Hillingdon Borough the chance to focus on the extraordinary job they do for the children they foster, and there will be helpful advice and a useful forum for carers to get their questions answered and to gain support.
Not only this but it provides a great opportunity for people to form friendships and support networks with people in the same position as themselves.
It will provide an excellent opportunity not only for existing foster carers but for potential foster parents to find out more about fostering or to answer any questions they may have.
