Premier league footballer Nacer Chadli visited teenage stroke victim Jac Rush, of Hanworth, at Charing Cross Hospital last week.

Tottenham Hotspur's Nacer Chadli went along to the hospital on Fulham Palace Road on February 11 to give the football shirt he had worn the night before in a match to the 17-year-old who dreamed of becoming a footballer himself before he suffered a stroke in December last year.

The former AFC Hayes Academy team player, who was set to play for the first 11 before the unfortunate turn of events, was thrilled with the visit from the Belgian winger.

Tottenham played Liverpool on February 10 but lost 3 - 2.

Jac's dad Rob is raising awareness for the condition by taking part in the Stroke Association's Resolution Run on March 1.
