A MUSIC-LOVING couple are furious after their long-awaited trip to this weekend's Reading Festival has been ruined.

Rozi Morris, 24, and partner Steven Bing, 23, of Hawthorne Crescent, West Drayton, purchased three day-passes from www.readingfestivaltickets.com, costing more than £250.

Despite making the online order in April, the couple are still waiting for their tickets to arrive and with just days to go until the event believe they have become victims of a scam.

They have had no email correspondence from the site, and have been unable to contact anyone by telephone to enquire as to the whereabouts of their tickets.

Miss Morris said: "I am absolutely gutted not to be going to this year's festival Ð all my friends are going and it makes me really angry to think that we have to miss out on seeing some of our favourite bands.

"I thought the tickets would eventually turn up, but after hearing on the radio today about the same thing happening to other people, I started to worry Ð but it has been impossible to contact the site.

"I have bought tickets online for loads of gigs and festivals, and this is the first time this has ever happened."
