A SPONSORED head shave has helped drum up hundreds of pounds at a pub charity event on St Patrick's Day.
Teresa Lynch, of Percival Road, in Feltham, gave up her locks last Sunday at the event organised by pub owners at The Mansion, in aid of the Shooting Star Trust for children.
Landlord Jasan Wells, who took over the pub three years ago, was delighted with support from people living in the area, particularly those from the Allied Estate, whose donations steered the total to more than £900.
Live entertainment came from a local band led by Chris Moy, with events such as killer pool and karaoke, as well as a raffle helping towards the total.
