EXTRA measures to help some residents deal with the cold have been announced by Ealing Council.
Special cold weather payments, to help with heating costs, have been issued to residents who receive pension credit or certain other benefits.
Anyone who does not currently receive a cold weather payment but feels they are entitled to one, should contact either their pension centre or local JobCentre Plus.
