FANCY quenching your thirst on some of Britain's finest pints?
Then get yourself down to Harrow Borough FC this weekend for the Harrow Beer and Music Festival.
There you should be able to sample beers such as St George and the Dragon and Dragon's Tail, plus some of Yorkshire's finest tipples, April Fool and others from Blackburn and elsewhere around the country.
The festival coincides with Borough's final home match of the season against promotion-chasing Sutton United.
Given the Surrey side's big following, senior bar steward Steve Watkins is hoping to eclipse the £2,500-3,000 raised at the last beer festival in November - much-needed funds for the cash-strapped club.
The festival at the stadium in Carlyon Avenue starts tomorrow (Friday) at 5pm when Cry Wolf provide the music. After Saturday's game, Havanna Affair will play in the bar from 9pm, and on Sunday the bar is open from noon until 6pm, with Alan Jenkins' Jazz Band playing in the main hall at 3pm.
Mr Watkins hopes the event will attract punters to return for the World Cup this summer.
