A NIMBLE-FINGERED father has knitted some delightful nativity figures for charity at Ealing Abbey.
Father Dunstan Watkins created the figures, which raised £210 at auction at the weekend. The proceeds went to Acton Homeless Concern in Emmaus House, Berrymead Gardens, Acton, which helps homeless people and other disadvantaged groups in the area.
Alongside his impressive knitting skills, Father Dunstan - who has been at the abbey for 60 years and celebrated his 90th birthday this year - continues to make bread at the site.
The figures were on display at the parish centre at the abbey in Charlbury Grove before they were auctioned.
