ONE year after a 28-year-old woman was raped in Willesden, police are appealing again for people to come forward who may recognise these men.

At about 11.30pm on Saturday, April 11, 2009, the woman was walking along Park Avenue, in Willesden.

As she passed The Convent of Jesus and Mary Primary School she was grabbed from behind, put into a car and driven to an unknown address by two men who then raped her.

The two suspects are described as black, possibly of African origin, and aged in their 20s.

One of them was wearing a red baseball cap and had a distinctive scar on the right side of his face. He also had two lines shaved into his left eyebrow.

Detective Constable George Smart, from the Metropolitan Police Sapphire Unit which investigates serious sexual assaults, said: "This was a frightening attack on a woman as she made her way home from work. We are keen to speak to anyone who may have been in Park Avenue or Willesden High Road at the time of the assault and remembers seeing or hearing anything suspicious. If anyone recognises the men from the e-fits we would also ask them to speak to police."

Anyone with information should call police on 020 8733 3773 or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
