CHILDREN can win a £250 shopping spree in the Disney Store in The Chimes Shopping Centre, Uxbridge, by designing a colourful tree for a competition being run in partnership with the Woodland Trust to celebrate Earth Day.
The store is donating £1 from each sale to creating 50 acres of woodland, which is to be called the Magical Wood, and the store in The Chimes is hoping to raise £6,000.
Children wanting to take part will be given an entry form that includes an image of a bare tree, which they can design as they choose and return to the store by May 16.
The lucky winner will receive £250 to spend in the Disney Store and membership to the Woodland Trust's Young Detectives Club.
