A FOURTH man is due before magistrates in connection with the murder of an electrician from Queen's Park.
Jonathan Yeboah, 24, of no fixed address, will appear from custody at Brent Magistrates' Court in Neasden on Friday charged with "encouraging or assisting offences believing one or more will be committed", an offence under the Serious Crime Act 2007 inasmuch as he is alleged to have attempted to procure a firearm which was capable of assisting in the crime.
Victim Daniel Smith, 22, who lived with his mother and two sisters on the Mozart Estate in Queen's Park, was shot dead as he left a KFC fast food restaurant in Harrow Road, North Paddington, near the junction with Sutherland Avenue at 12.15am on May 22 2010.
Shane Lewis, 31, of Fairlight Avenue, Harlesden, Zeleke Ford, 29, of Otley Way, Watford, and Kervin Kavuala, 27, of Granville Road, Queen's Park, have all previously been charged with murdering Mr Smith.
Lewis, Ford and Kavuala are due before the Old Bailey on November 25 to enter their pleas and the trio are expected to be joined in the dock by Yeboah.
