AN AIR ambulance was called this morning after a major collision in Harefield.
The accident happened at 8.40am when a motorcyclist and a car collided.
Several paramedics attended, and a man was taken to the Royal Free Hospital with chest injuries.
The road was closed off for over two hours delaying traffic into the High Street.
One resident said: "It explained why there were no cars in the village early on, no-one could get through."
