A NOISY neighbour warned twice for blaring music has been prosecuted.

Hillingdon Council's noise officers first warned Holly Humphries, of Woolacombe Way, Hayes, in May, after receiving complaints.

In July, she was served a last-chance noise abatement notice, but she breached that on August 3 and again on August 15.

The council obtained a warrant and confiscated her TV and stereo equipment.

Humphries did not attend a hearing at Uxbridge Magistrates Court on Tuesday, December 13, but her guilt was proved and she was fined £350 and must pay £250 in costs.
