I SEE once again our two local MPs, Alan and Ann Keen, are in the limelight.

This time it's over their dilapidated and empty home in Brentford, and Hounslow Council is warning them that it will repossess the property and rent it out if the Keens do not finish their renovation work.

It has been suggested that the council, being Conservative-run, are "picking" on our two MPs because they are Labour.

But this law was brought in by the present Labour government. The council has done nothing wrong. What goes around, comes around.
