She's famous for finding sun-drenched locations for house-hunters, but now Amanda Lamb is seeking a new home for her washing machine in Hounslow.

The presenter of A Place in The Sun and Selling Houses has donated her old unit to the British Heart Foundation (BHF) Furniture & Electrical store in Hounslow High Street, where you can snap it up for £130.

She took advantage of the charity's free collection service after renovating the kitchen at her home in Hampton Hill.

"It was so easy to organise and means not only will my washing machine go to a good second home, but the money raised from its sale will help the BHF continue to fund its life-saving research into heart disease," said the TV star.

Coronary heart disease is the UK's single biggest killer and last year BHF shops raised more than £31 million to fight that and other heart conditions.
