I believe the law on dog ownership should be reviewed because of disturbances domestically and within recreation grounds.
For example, barking at unsociable hours or constant barking throughout the day causing a nuisance to their neighbour.
The Government should pass an agreement that if you have dogs they are exercised regularly and that you keep the dogs under control at all times.
I have now emailed my local MP Vincent Cable to ask him to review the laws for dog control.
