CRACK COCAINE, heroin, and cannabis worth more than s16,000 were found by police at a house in Neasden.


Officers from the North West Task Force and members of the Harlesden Safer Neighbourhoods Team carried out a search warrant at a property in Creukhorne Road on Saturday at around 8.40pm.


Police found a third of a kilo of class A crack cocaine and heroin along with cash and cannabis valued at around  £16,000.


Five people were arrested for possession with intent to supply. They have been bailed to return in April.


Detective Sergeant Stuart McKechnie said: This operation was led by Brent Borough and was in direct response to concerns raised by the local community, and to intelligence provided to local officers.  


"The intention of the operation was to arrest those who are involved in a drug related criminal activity. We hope the arrests demonstrate that with the help and support of the community we can take action against those who believe they are above the law.
