CHRONICLE journalists have dug out the lycra and dusted off their trainers in preparation for the Sport Relief Mile on Sunday, March 25.

Thousands are expected to take part in the run, which will pass along the Mall, taking in some of the most famous sights in the city.
Entrants can choose to complete either one, three or six miles to raise money for the charity, which helps people in some of the most disadvantaged communities in the UK and in the world's poorest countries.

This year reporters from the Fulham, Hounslow and Ealing editions will be taking part in the three mile route to raise money for this worthy cause.
