IT IS all change at two of Hammersmith and Fulham’s pubs.

Fiesta Havana in Fulham Broadway is becoming a Slug and Lettuce, while the former Grand Union, in Goldhawk Road, Ravenscourt Park, is turning into a gastro pub called The Oak.

A Slug and Lettuce, run by the Stonegate Pub Company, was formerly in Fulham Broadway until it closed. The building later became the King’s Head and is now the Broadway Bar and Grill.

Work is nearly finished on the new venue which is expected to open this weekend.

The former Grand Union has been empty since it was turned into a pop-up whisky and burger joint after Christmas.

The Oak, which describes itself on its Facebook page as a wine bar serving modern European food, is due to open in mid-May.
