A world champion boxer is helping to launch training sessions for children which aim to help them get fit and develop self confidence.
Michael Ayers will be bringing his two world title belts to Northolt Leisure Centre, in Eastcote Lane North, on Saturday.
The day will give those interested a chance to meet the coaches, who include Hannah Beharry, of Acton, one of the England Olympic team.
Classes will be run for those aged five and up on Saturday mornings after Christmas.
They have been organised by Leroy Nicholas, of Sweet Science, who already runs a number of projects in schools and elsewhere.
