POLICE are hunting a flasher who exposed himself to a female passenger after boarding a train at Hounslow station.

British Transport Police (BTP) this week released these CCTV images of a man they wish to speak to in connection with the incident on June 10.

The flasher is understood to have boarded the 6.02pm Clapham Junction to Weybridge service at Hounslow.

His victim was reading a book when she noticed him staring at her.

After a short time, at about 6.30pm, he moved across the aisle from her and indecently exposed himself. The woman left the train at Ashford and alerted police.

PC Vanessa Cadrecha, of BTP, said: "We would like to identify and speak to the man in the CCTV image in connection with this incident.

"While crime on the rail network remains extremely low and offences of this nature are very rare, this was nonetheless a frightening and intimidating experience for the victim and this sort of behaviour is completely unacceptable.

"It's vital we find the person responsible and I would urge anyone with information to come forward and contact us straightaway."

Anyone with information is asked to call BTP on 0800 40 50 40, quoting incident reference B5/LSA, or Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
