Can a petition change minds of powers?

I AGREE with all the people who think it would be a good idea to rebuild Hillingdon Hospital on the RAF Uxbridge.

I AGREE with all the people who think it would be a good idea to rebuild Hillingdon Hospital on the RAF Uxbridge.

There would still be room for the museum and probably some housing. How about getting a petition up and seeing if us locals who think it is a good idea can get the powers that be to change their mind, or are we too late?
