The owner of a Heston cab firm who dumped rubbish outside his office has been ordered to pay £2,000.
Ghulan Rassol, who runs Central Cars, in The Crossways, admitted illegally dumping trade waste on the street in March last year.
He was originally given a £180 fixed penalty notice after failing to produce a copy of his firm's waste transfer note, a document showing how a company has disposed of business waste.
Rassol paid up but, when he again failed to produce the evidence, Hounslow Council took legal action.
At Brentford Magistrates' Court on June 12, he was given a £700 fine and ordered to pay £1,285 costs, plus a £15 surcharge.
Councillor Barbara Reid, lead member for environment, said: "We will not tolerate fly-tipping in any form as this offender has found out to his cost."
