THE Cock Tavern in North End Road has reopened following refurbishment.

Customers are invited to try the new menu, which features British classics such as fish pie, toad in the hole, shepherd’s pie and the ‘fully loaded’ British beef burger.

Manager Sylwia Wnuk, 28, said: “It’s a completely different pub. We’ve changed everything, it’s been given a new layout and new menu – it’s much better. The feedback we’ve had from people has been absolutely amazing, and it only took eight days to complete.”
