POLICE have issued an e-fit of a man who has been indecently exposing himself to teenage girls in the Richmond borough.

The suspect, who wears a black baseball cap, has been targeting young girls at bus stops once a month for the past nine months.

The last three offences have taken place in the Hampton area, specifically Broad Lane and Uxbridge Road between the hours of 3pm and 5.30pm.
An e-fit has been produced based on descriptions made by the victims, in the hope that someone will recognise him.

He is described as being a white man with a tanned complexion, approximately 40 years old, 5 feet 8 inches tall, large build with a big stomach, short dark hair, brown eyes and a deep voice. He frequently has stubble on his face and habitually wears a black baseball cap and often a black jacket.

Detective chief inspector Martin Ward of Richmond upon Thames police, said: "Police are extremely concerned about these incidents and are very keen to trace this individual. If you see anything suspicious please contact police immediately giving full details of the suspect concerned and the location."
