A TOTAL of 13 school turned away pupils this morning because they had no water.

A burst water main in Greenford Road, Ealing, at around 9am today (July 8) has left hundreds of residents without water, causing schools to close down until further notice.

The schools which have closed are:

Alexandra Infant and Nursery

Alexandra Junior

Heston Primary

Hounslow Heath Infant and Nursery

Hounslow Heath Junior

Kingsley Academy Lampton School

Rosary Primary

Springwell Infant and Nursery

Springwell Junior

Westbrook Primary

Norwood Green Infant

Nursery Norwood Green Junior
