REALITY TV stars will be the main attractions in a ceremony to switch on this year's Uxbridge Christmas lights.
The public will be able to meet Dale Howard from this year's Big Brother who will switch on the lights on Sunday, November 16.
The afternoon will kick off on stage in the town centre at 3pm and will be hosted by Westside 89.6FM with live performances from local music and dance acts.
At 4.15pm last year's X Factor finalists, girl band, Hope will perform prior to Dale switching on the lights at 4.30pm.
The cast of the Dick Whittington Christmas Panto from the Compass Theatre will also be there to sign autographs and have a chat along with face painting activities for the kids.
The event is jointly organised by The Chimes, The Mall Pavilions and The Uxbridge Initiative.
John Palmer, general manager of the Mall Pavilions, said: "The town centre switch on is one of the highlights of the local calendar and this year we're very excited to have both Dale and Hope to add some spice to the proceedings."
