Does anyone else in Harrow find the appearance of a mobile CCTV van in our residential roads to be a sinister invasion of privacy?

Does anyone else in Harrow find the appearance of a mobile CCTV van in our residential roads to be a sinister invasion of privacy?

I for one heartily applaud the gentleman who came out of his house, calmly walked up to one such van as it entered our close this morning, then proceeded to photograph the vehicle and its occupants.

The point was well made and not lost on bystanders.
