The big red white bearded man had given his reindeer the day off and met the group of girls from the 2nd (St Mary's) Bedfont Brownies on the VC-10 aircraft.
He talked to the girls about their badges and the trips they have made during the year as well as making sure they had all been good.
They bid Santa farewell in Brownie style and went on to hop on the museum bus for a tour of the site, tested a Formula 1 car for size, learnt about the history of cars and as a special treat saw the car from Chitty Chitty bang bang.
Brownie leader, Louise Piper said: “The girls enjoyed a lovely day, and Santa was very particular in finding out what the Brownies had achieved this year.
"The staff at the museum were very helpful and patient answering all of the questions the girls wanted to ask.
"The day ended with some very tired, but happy girls.”
