The review of emergency care released by the healthcare commission last week has embarrassed Harrow's PCT.
It seems as though it is content with healthcare working on a nine to five basis, as if no one could possibly become ill outside of normal office hours.
It may well claim to be on the road to putting its problems behind it, but why has it taken so much longer than anywhere else in the country? Out of hours treatment is not a new idea, so why has our PCT fallen so far behind?
The worry now is that, while all the changes Sarah Crowther has suggested have happened should mean Harrow will fare better if the service is reviewed again in the future, it is more likely that developments elsewhere mean we will always be lagging.
We're rooting for 4 Instinct
THE teemage vocal group 4 Instinct has shown true determination and talent, to win over the viewing public and the judges on The X Factor.
The four siblings from South Harrow provided one of the show's most heart-in-the-mouth moments on telly last week.
Viewers were stunned when midway through a performance of soul singer Dionne Warwick's 'Walk On By', one of the group forgot her lyrics, dropped her microphone and ran off stage.
The silence was deafening. They have blown it, everyone thought.
But, in a show of family strength, unity and grit, her siblings went after her and talked her back on.
Composing themselves, the foursome ended up singing their hearts out and being voted through - true inspiration for us all.
Good luck to them this weekend when they compete for one of 12 places in the live final phase of the blockbuster show.
