Staff at West Middlesex Hospital scrubbed up well for its annual awards ceremony, where they were the ones getting treated for once.
Employees were rewarded for their commitment over the past year, with eight awards voted for by fellow staff, patients and volunteers at the hospital in Twickenham Road, Isleworth, handed out on the day.
MPs Mary Macleod and Seema Malhotra joined Hounslow mayor Corinna Smart and deputy Richmond mayor Peter Buckwell for the prizegiving last Friday (December 5), where each winner received a glass plaque, certificate, pin badge and £100.
West Mid's chief executive Jacqueline Docherty said: "This is the third year we have held these awards and I am encouraged by how the number of nominations grows each year. Some staff and teams received multiple nominations which goes to show how well regarded they are by their patients and peers.
"These awards give us an opportunity to publicly recognise and celebrate the outstanding contribution of so many of our staff."
